Ya, so it has been awhile. Lot’s of stuff going on in my life. Stumbled upon many interesting items in the last month that I wanted to share but did not have time. A note about the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC). In order to Free The Elephant in 2012 we have to awaken America starting on a local level and I mean by starting small. For the first time in my life I became involved in school board elections and town board elections. How was I involved? I went to one coffee get together and put a sign in my yard and asked some of my neighbors who they were voting for and why? I engaged them. No big commitment, but if we can eliminate the Libs from these positions of power it can become a domino effect. These local candidates were not running as Republicans or Dems, but they had a core set of values and common sense that reflect many of my conservative beliefs. Now, the NRCC is certainly focusing on bigger races than school boards, but I think you get my point.

Can anyone answer that? Anyway, got a big kick out of Hillary’s interview on CBS News with Katie Couric a couple of days ago. First of all, welcome back Hillary! Are you not so psyched that you took this job? Other than falling and breaking a bone in an ‘unfortunate accident’ (see Vince Foster) you really have not gotten much exposure or done much, eh? Regardless, happy to see her actually answering some questions instead of having Barry and Mr. Vice President doing her work for her.
Regarding the interview, I really liked how Couric referred to McChrystal as one of Barry’s ‘advisors’ Ya, he has the same amount of say that Raum does on what is going on in the big Afghan, come on! Also, really got a kick out of this exchange:

Couric: Let me ask you a couple of questions about the situation there. Do you think the situation is deteriorating in Afghanistan?

Clinton: I think it’s mixed. I think that– certainly– as we’ve now seen, General McChrystal’s– assessment was that it– is deteriorating. That the Taliban have– the momentum. That they are much more aggressive. They are better equipped. They are– moving– more broadly in the country than they had been before. At the same time, I think there are some positive– developments that may not get the attention, because they’re not in the headlines.

A lot has change in Afghanistan in the last eight years. Many more people, particularly children– women, girls, are, you know, back in school. They get health care. There’s a lot of positive developments, the university enrollment, including many, many young women students is up.

Does Hillary’s answer sound familiar? It was the same answer that every freaking member of W’s ‘advisors’ said about Iraq. The. Same. Why did Couric not pounce on this? I think you know why.

I do not get this at all. Here are 10 questions I have regarding Barry’s trip to Denmark:

1. Who is paying for this?
2. How many of Barry’s Chicago donors have the potential to benefit financially if the Olympics are awarded to Chicago?
3. Is he The President of The United States or the President of Chicago?
4. Would he help another city out like this, Grand Rapids for example, if they were trying to win some business overseas?
5. Who the F cares about the Olympics anymore?
6. Are there not some more pressing issues going on in the world for Barry to be concerned about?
7. Does anyone in Denmark know who the hell Oprah is?
8. Has anyone in Denmark ever seen 3 black people in the same room?
9. Can’t Oprah just buy the country and make them award Chicago the Olympics?
10. Why didn’t he bring Nancy with him so she can use her charm to close this deal?

Does anyone else find it a bit scary that Barry is so popular among nutbag leaders from other countries? One of the best lines ever:

“We are content and happy if Obama can stay forever as the president,”

Of course you are. He will never hold you responsible for anything, will empower you and will make you look like you have the support of the free world. Nice.

Worst. President. Ever.

If ever there was an example of a man trying to stay relevant who was never very relevant it is this man. Yes, he did some good by working for Habitat for Humanity but other than that I do believe there has never been an ex-President so awful as this man. Everywhere he goes outside of the United States he makes our country and especially its leaders look so horrible that he should be ashamed of himself. Now, he decides to interject his opinion on the Joe Wilson controversy. What does he think he will gain form this? What are his motivations? Jimmy, you were horrible at your job when you had it, please stick to building houses and stay the F out of any and all issues that effect the core of this country. You are were laughed at then, still laughed at now and will be when you are dead and buried in your peanut farm in Plains.

A note about racism and its relation to criticism of this President. Is anyone not surprised that this becoming an issue now? I am not. When Liberals feel on the defensive this is how the react. Did Barry not win South Carolina’s Primary election?

Was this win even mentioned as historic in a racial sense then? Of course not… HE WON! Point is this. Wilson is from a district that is predominately white which is located in a state that still raises the Confederate flag, Liberals want to exploit race as much as they can and when it is convenient and that is what they are doing. This country elected this black man to this position and now all of a sudden when it is wakes up and realizes he is horrible at his job racism is at its core for these feelings? Give me a freaking break.

I hope Representative Wilson and other Republican’s stop embarrassing the crap out of our party like this. We have the Dem’s in a very good situation that they have created for themselves and Sparty-Like* self-implosion is not where we need to go. We need to keep exposing them as big-government spend-aholics that they are and not act like immature idiots
